Renovation project was done in October-2010 and until now I still rectifying and redoing the deficiencies which was done by Myles. He gave incorrect estimates which he did not follow during course of renovation, constantly hiking prices without reasonable excuse. Many deficiencies to mention: rusty old kitchen facet and very bad quality silicon job on kitchen sink; incomplete, simply abandoned job on kitchen back-flash tiles - no grouting done at all; flooring was done with bad quality with visible margin/spaces between panels; wrong colour and type of tiles in bathroom; all new toilets were leaking from day one, were not adjusted properly; grouting is falling off all over after his job in bathroom; Myles did not do water lock on master bedroom's sewage line from bathtub and it is leaking and I have to call plumber 3 times; one kitchen cabinet was simply missing, was not done as quoted; leaking facet in main bathroom due to bad quality work on piping, need to be redone and one wall to be open in bathroom for this, costly rectification after Myles's work. I attempted to call him 3 times at least to settle this in civilized manner was not successful, he refused to rectify his deficiencies. Not advisable to work with Myles.
