I have been using Dust Queen for about 4 years, at first they were great but through time their service was not up to par. I found after looking around areas were missed and items were moved and not returned. In the 4 years we were given notices for price increases twice. A couple of items were broken one item a crystal candle holder. I contacted the company in regards to the first items broken and nothing came of it. When the last item was broken I knew calling would result in nothing. With what they charge and being a long time customer I would think this could be resolved. I am now out of a crystal candle holder that cannot be replaced.

Ann, as the Director of Finance for Dust Queen it is my job to address any and all financial matters pertaining to our business. This of course will include anything a client may feel was damaged. Your last service was on December 18, 2013 and your instructions were to leave your key and cancel future cleans after the one on the 18th. There is no record of any comment to cancellation of services due to damages in your home. There is a comment back on August 30, 2012 about a coffee cup set missing. I can only assume you found them as we never heard on the matter again. We regret having lost your business and your confidence, however, if we aren't notified about issues it is very difficult to provide a solution. I realize you are upset as two months passed before you submitted your review.
