Before installing a gas insert, a wood form left in after the initial construction of the house needed to be removed for safety reasons. For others over the years, this was a big deal. For Alan, however, he persevered with the right tools and was able to remove it wholly. He was concerned about safety and also went beyond the call of duty by cleaning our air intake because I told him the room was cold. He was punctual, professional and informative. He sent me pictures the day after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We did a complete exterior renovation to our 20 year old home and employed Vissa Homes. We were pleased with both the outcome of the project (the house looks great!) and Vito's management. I have done several renovations and have had great experiences and tougher ones. This one was a great one and that's largely due to Vito's professionalism, the overall quality of the trades and the focus on doing high-quality work. From the beginning, there was a clear budget, ongoing communication thereof, and attention to meeting that figure. When things happened to delay the project, as they always do, there was constant communication to the reasons and, most importantly to the plan of corrective action. Above all, we worked very well together and I attribute that to clear expectations, ongoing and open communications, our mutual desire for high quality work, and your strong project management skills both from a project completion and cost management perspective. It was a pleasure to work with Vito and team and I look forward to doing more projects in the future.
