I am building a cottage and went in to see what they had. I had heard they had everything, very high end and expensive. Well, they did have almost everything. I went in with lots of ideas but no clear picture of what I wanted. I met with Jack Creasy, who was amazingly helpful. He quickly helped me narrow what I wanted and was very forthcoming about costs and how I could pick and choose. He took me around the show room and showed me comparisons so I could see what the differences were between each line of product. I found the prices very reasonable, not IKEA reasonable, but the quality and service is clearly worth the money. I am so excited about my choices. My kitchen is now fully designed and ordered. Jack was great to work with and will now look to him for help on the bathrooms. I would recommend them to friends without hesitation.
