I am very impressed with the high level of professionalism that the company demonstrated from the beginning to the end. From Chris, Steve to the crew, everyone was thoughtful and considerate. I felt that we engaged with a company that actually has heart and soul, and that it genuinely cares about doing a good job for its customers. For home owners looking "up", it can be hard to tell whether a roof was installed properly. Judging by the care and professionalism that the crew put in their work though, I have every confidence that our new roof is as good as it can be! It put my mind to ease that we can still contact the company should there be any issues down the road. For a company to be willing to stand behind their job, it shows both competence and confidence. Again this is very impressive and speaks volume about the quality of their work. We had compared four companies and are truly pleased with our decision. They may not be the least expensive, but for something as important as the roof over our house, quality matters the most.
