After reading all negative reviews, I was hesitant to make a purchase. However, the sectional that I liked was at Mobilia. Our customer rep Lara was courteous, polite and not pushy. She introduced us to store manager who assured us that at this location they strive to make customers happy and improve customer satisfaction. We purchased sectional that was in the stock with estimated delivery in the end of January 2014. Next day after we confirmed the purchase, warehouse called us to notify us that delivery will be on coming Sunday. We got delivery within a week from purchase. Delivery guys came shortly after 7:30, assembled the pieces and cleaned up. The sectional had no defect. After all, I am really happy with a purchase.
