We hired Vaughan Pools NOT Vaughan Landscaping to do the construction of ONLY our POOL! The pool floor is bumpy and has two holes in the concrete under the liner (very visible) the finished product was horrible! The brand new pool had a leak, the two lights were improperly placed in the pool, and they never had the city inspector stamp that the pool was in fact grounded! When you give a company over $45,000 to dig a hole you would expect that hold up their end of the deal! The most frustrating part of all MY leg work was hearing from the owner that I was just too picky! I called other pool companies and asked questions regarding the pool construction, proving I was right every time! I paid a pool leak detection company to find the leak, and also had to pay a pool cleaning company to come in clean the pool. Why did I need to do this? Well Vaughan Pools came to set up the system and they were very upset that we did not award them the landscaping part of our home to show us how upset they were they removed the pool construction cover without cleaning all the debris first. Doing this caused all the contained debris to mix in with the clean water and sink to the bottom of my brand new pool, therefore ripping the liner! (see attached picture of the way they left my brand new pool). This is how they left us! I spent 4 days and hundreds of dollars on chemicals, and labour to get it cleaned! I also discovered that the $1000 LED bulbs I paid for were in fact $20.00 bulbs that they installed! Oh wait there’s more… I just received 3 quotes from companies to fix my pool and I’m looking at least another $15,000 to fix the horrible job that Vaughan Pools/ Nevada Pools (Vaughan Pools doesn’t actually do the job they contract it out to another company, Nevada Pools ) did! The cake topper on this disaster is that Vaughan Landscaping/Pools found it normal to enter my backyard without my consent and take professional pictures and post them on their website claiming they did the work (yes, this is trespassing!)

True gentlemen.... I would ONLY recommend Royal Stone Landscaping to anyone I know. We hired Royal Stone to do the Landscaping, stonework, lighting, and a ton of other stuff on our property and it was a true pleasure to deal with Pino and Ken. The professionalism and workmanship they maintained through the whole project was refreshing. They kept every promise they made to me. Pino responded to every question I asked within minutes and Ken always made sure we "the homeowners" were 100% happy! It truly is remarkable to see that in today's day this type of rare true honesty and "putting the customer first" relationship still exists.
