We purchased appliances from here because the builder gave you a credit to them. HORRIBLE. Appliances picked out in July, home moved into in October. Day before delivery at 530 at night we got a call saying fridge and microwave back ordered. Fridge showed up a week later, microwave never did show up.... After 2 weeks of waiting had to go select a different one and was told it was because we wanted white ( a common color) because white was hard to get. Garbarator came, half installed and didn't schedule the right trade to finish it, then arrogant sales manager pretended to be the store manager and told me it was my problem and was so rude. Only thing we had no issues with was the dishwasher. Salesperson was great... Sales manager was rude, store manager tried to fix issues by telling us what we wanted to hear, then not following through. No one would give me head offices phone number nor tell me the owner of both stores works in edmonton south store. Found the operations manager and between him and the store owner we got things worked out 3 weeks after scheduled install and delivery date. NEVER AGAIN!! For the premium you pay here, you really don't get the service you are looking for. Save your money!

Amazing experience! Sales team of Sue and Patty were wonderful and supportive! They were always on top of progress in our home during construction, and even helpfully pointed out things in our walkthroughs they thought we might need to address. Huge hearts in these women and actually care about you as a person! We will spend the time to search what community they are in when we purchase our next home!! I can't tell you enough how wonderful these ladies are!!! Our house was completed well before the year they estimated in the beginning. Possession day was smooth and hassle free! Nikki was wonderful when doing the final walk through and very supportive! Only issues were a few door stops and paint. The only downfall of possession day was having the painters there that day. They left a bit of a mess in each room ( from sanding) but we cleaned it. Dealing with the warranty department had been quick, easy and they have always been in contact with us and issues resolved! Also a huge thank you to the site superintendent James and Trevor! We've had some issues with the debris and it was taken care of immediately and done well beyond what we expected. We would purchase a Pacesetter home again and I have referred them( and the lovely sales team of Sue and Patty) to my best friend who also purchased a home. Almost 3 months in our home and we are so happy!!! Thanks Pacesetter!!!
