I have been using Air Point since 2018. They have been doing bi-annual HVAC maintenance for me and that gives me a lot of comfort knowing that an expert is looking after my entire system. Greg is my favourite tech. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is pro-active in his maintenance service, fixing any potential problems before they become major issues. Greg is easy to talk to, always cheerful and courteous. Such a delight to work with. My compliments also to Oleg and Katrina. My first contact at Air Point was with Oleg. He is always responsive. I appreciate Katrinas help in booking my appointments. I definitely have a long-term relationship with Air Point.

Carlo claimed that he can replace the broken slabs on my front porch with exactly the same, that the cement he uses would not leach efflorescence, and that he can start before the weather became cold. He was given the opportunity to assess the work to be done before giving me his quote, to include the removal and re-installation of the glass rail. His quote was not cheap! I signed the contract on 13-Oct-2016 because he promised me that he will start the following week. He made sure I paid a hefty deposit on that same day in order to guarantee the start date. Then the excuses started. The work did not start till over a month later into late November, when the weather had become frosty cold with overnight temperature below 0C (freezing point). That was exactly the weather condition I told Carlo I did not want, as cement will not set properly in freezing cold weather. And he could not match the black basalt slabs like he promised. In fact, he did not even know where to find them. I was forced to accept mismatched black basalt slabs so that the job could finally be finished in December. Barely had a week passed and defects started to appear. Carlo claimed he would return in the spring to fix them. I ended up spending the following year trying to get him back, during which time the cement started to leach efflorescence and crack in the joints. It is now July 2018, over one-and-a-half years later, and Carlo has NOT fixed the defects!! Then on 3rd July 2018, he told me that I had to get the glass rail removed before he can fix his defects. Which of course means I will have to pay thousands of dollars to remove the glass rail in order to get him to fix his mistakes. When I impressed on him that all costs to repair his defects are his cost, he stopped responding to me. On 3rd July 2018 Carlo effectively breached the terms of his contract. He has not performed the repairs as provided by the 10-Year Warranty and I am left with Unsightly & Damaged Porch Facing, Mismatched Stones, Cement Cracked and Leaching, and Driveway Fractures with Badly Applied Caulking.
