An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I own a four plex in delta. It was build in the 70's. I had stucco on the exterior and it was looking like it needed replacing, was falling off in spots. I was recommended to Dave through a friend. Dave removed all the stucco on the front of the house with hardie plank siding with some really attractive wood trim. Suggested painting the rest of the outside as the front was the worst. We saved money on that and were able to spend the rest upgrading both basement suites. Dave did new laminate flooring and tiles in the kitchen and re painted everything but the bedrooms.
