My furnace stopped working for some reason, so I called Cosmopolitan, the place I bought the furnace, and the place that warranties it. That same day (thanks) Hasan Ather came to check things out. He was very friendly and helpful, and my furnace is back to is normal self again. He also did my annual service at the end of last year.
