My washing machine wasn't working well...or so I thought. It was overflowing and causing a big mess, and I thought I may have to replace the machine - gulp, lots of money. Luckily Glen checked it out (and quickly found time for me in his busy schedule). He let me know the machine runs great, and rather I have a plumbing problem instead.
