We had mould in our attic and used Insta to remove our old insulation and replace it with spray foam and blown-in and they were great. I decided to wait to write the review so that I could comment as to the effects of the new insulation and it's been great. We've noticed an increase in the warmth on our top floor during the winter and our gas bill was also lower than it had been prior to the work. This is definitely helpful given the frigid winter we've experienced this year. Jeremy was our initial contact and he was very prompt at responding to our call for an inspection and still had our quote saved 6 months later when we were finally able to do the work. The crew were always on time and prepared to answer all our questions and show us what they were doing throughout the whole process and this was true of all the crew who worked on the attic. Insta was also great at coordinating with Canada's Restoration services who did the mould abatement. This made the whole process that much easier because there was no lag time between jobs and it was done as quoted and planned without delays or complications, always a bonus when doing a home reno.
