When my hot water seemed to be running out too quickly, I called and was sent a technician the next day (Kevin from Durham Handyman). Technician was fantastic - friendly, polite, fast and super quick at diagnosis and fix. Everything worked great and no follow-up was required. Happy to have my hot water back. I would recommend Durham Handyman and also was happy with the customer service provided by Reliance.

Great service! My carpeted basement, hallway and staircases were cleaned by Adel and the 416-So-Clean team and I am very happy with the results. My twenty year old basement carpet looked practically new again - he even was able to lift some really stubborn stains from previous homeowners out. My hallway carpet had a lot of grooves, which has always been so hard to clean, but after this service, they looked absolutely beautiful again. The carpet cleaning has made a huge difference to the aesthetic of my home as I prepare for sale. They arrived on time, their quote was very fair, and their customer service was excellent (reminder emails, phone calls to check in, ease of payment). Highly recommend.

Ricardo did excellent work in my house as I prepped it for selling. He repainted my kitchen, bathrooms and hallways and they looked like brand new. He also replaced the caulking in my kitchen and bathrooms, replaced the ceiling tiles in the basement - and even changed a few lightbulbs (which was helpful since I'm so short - thanks Ricardo!) He definitely went above and beyond. Very professional and honest, and worked with me to figure out what would show best aesthetically for resale. His quote was very fair, and the work was done on time and was of great quality. I would definitely recommend his services and would use him again in the future for projects.
