I have used WOW 1 Day Painting on multiple occasions as I settle into my house. George has always provide quick and reasonable quotes. He comes in-person to look at the area to understand what will be needed. I have never had to wait long for an appointment and they send as many crew members that are needed to get in and out in one day. This time they did the back and side of my house (the front they completed in a previous job). They came at 8am, properly covered and taped all my outdoor stuff (plants, railings, door, etc) and got set up while the paints were being purchased for me the day of because the old paint I thought I could use went bad. They made great use of time and went out of their way to get the paint for the job. They were very respectful of our property and considerate. They worked the whole day until it was finished in the evening which was really appreciated. The crew this time, lead by Dave, was Roberto, Scott and John,

From the initial request for a quote, to the finished service, the whole process was phenomenal and well above my expectations. George came to do my estimate for an exterior paint job in Fall 2019. He clearly explained everything and even let me know the cost of other areas I was considering but not sure if yet. He communicated quickly and promptly with a quote the same day. He was able to answer my questions via email very quickly and accurately and even came back in-person once to clarify a question of mine. They booked my job very quickly and within my time request. Carlos and his service team were friendly, professional and efficient. They communicated with me throughout the day and stayed until the job was done to perfection. I barely saw them take a break! They finished off a long day with a lovely Thank-You card signed by the crew and a lovely little treat for our family to share. George followed up the same evening and next day to ensure I was content with the job. We have already had many people on our street compliment the huge change the paint has made to our home. We have mentioned to our friends and family that you can’t seem to go wrong with WOW at the price and amazing service. I look forward to using them again for the rest of the exterior and interior of our house. We will only need to update our red shingles to completely move our house out if the 70s!

We had a hug backup in our main floor powder room along with pipes that had frozen and burst. We called Roto Rooter and they came very promptly despite it being the ice storm during the holiday season. They quickly identified the problem, and gave us a couple of options on how to fix it both short and long-term. I would use them again.

We have used Kevin on a couple of occasions for squirrels, mice and potato bugs. Each time, Kevin was able to come quickly, deal with the problem efficiently and charge a fair price. I have also referred him to many of my neighbours who have also been VERY pleased with his service. We will continue to use them when needed.

After the ice storm, a bunch of our pipes burst. We found out that the crawl space they were running through had sound insulation instead of insulation that would protect them from cold weather. Foam Comfort came in a gave an estimate before we torn open the wall for them to even look in. They were super friendly, prompt and very fair. After they advised us to open the wall, they came again to give a more precise estimate. They came to do the work shortly after and were very professional and clean. When we came back there was no mess from them and the job looked good. Because we couldn't be in the home for 24 hours, they came later the next day to go over the treatment with me and collect payment once I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself.
