The price, quality and service were all good. The delivery and installation was delayed about two months, apparently due to the bad winter weather in Ontario. Having prepaid for the job, and not hearing from Ecoline during the wait, I was concerned, but I needn't have been. When the windows arrived, the job was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were, to a man, friendly and professional. I am well pleased and will eventually replace ALL of the windows in my house using Ecoline.
