Deep and Joti arrived to replace our oven on time. When pulling out the old oven, I wanted to clean the floor underneath and they told me to take as much time as needed. They measured all doorways prior to bringing the new oven in and taking the old out, as opposed to other companies winging it and scratching walls and doorways. They were very polite and made small talk. They made sure everything was assembled properly, all the tape was off the oven, and that all the elements worked properly. It was a seamless transition and took no longer than 15 minutes.
