I had a mould situation in my tenants bathroom that ended up requiring a complete gutting of the shower. Katie and her team were able to squeeze me in quickly and rebuild so I was able to minimise disruption to my tenants. I was very happy with the end result.

My tenant complained of mold in the shower. Mold guys diagnosed the problem as being within the walls- they were wet. It turns out the waterproofing had not been properly installed; the drywall beneath the tiles was completely covered in mold. The mold guys were still able to clean out the mold in the time estimated. They didn't charge me extra even though the damage was significantly more than we thought. I would definitely use them again ( although I hope I never have to!)

Quick and Painless junk removal
When I moved, I found a mountain of renovation junk to previous owners had stashed behind my shed in the backyard. The area was overgrown with think bush. Randy and Lucas were there on time, gave me a reasonable quote, cut down the brush in the way and removed the junk. I was really impressed by how efficient the whole process was. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would definitely recommend Allan after my home inspection. Buying property can be very intimidating and as a first time home buyer, I definitely needed to feel I was making the right choice. Allan was very through, answering all our questions and taking us step by step through the entire house, inside and out. And the report he supplied was very detailed, highlighting which potential issues might need immediate attention and which may be postponed.
