I booked an appointment with Dave's Duct Cleaning after having some renovation work done on my house. Their team arrived on time as scheduled and took the time to explain all of the procedures to me. One thing that I was really impressed with was the variety of services offered, not just duct cleaning but also HRV and Hepa air filter cleaning, central vac cleaning, furnace cleaning, dryer cleaning and sanitizing - perfect solutions after months of renovation work. The most helpful feature in my mind was the pictures that they showed me after the work was done. The before and after pictures were great for peace of mind that the desired work was actually done and a testament to the quality of the work (also very interesting to see what was actually in the ducts!). I would definitely recommend their top-rate services.

I used Rockstella for a basement renovation project after seeing their excellent reviews here on HomeStars. I certainly was not disappointed. Natallia was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us a number of recommendations for our project, which consisted of a vanity counter top, multiple bar counter tops and laundry counter tops. Recommendations in hand, she then advised us to visit a few granite suppliers in order to make our selections. There were a few delays in our reno, but Natallia was extremely patient and understanding, accommodating our requirements and timeline and promptly following up on any problems and issues. The counter tops were installed over the last 2 weeks and they look great. Even the installers had some good recommendations for sink mounting, placement, etc that we took advantage of. I would definitely recommend Rockstella and use them again as their service was top notch from beginning to end!

I worked with John, Kelly, Anthony and the Pro-Land team over the last 4 years in order to complete an extensive landscaping project for my new home from start to finish. They were able to provide a number of hardscape and softscape suggestions/ideas that were both aesthetic and functional, supplemented by pictures from some of their other projects. Scale drawings of the project were provided before construction began, which was a huge benefit as it allowed for a good visual feel for how the final product would look. The work was performed on time and as scheduled, with an attention to detail. The work crews were very organized and cleaned up at the end of each day in order to keep the site as neat as possible while the work was being done. All trades (lighting, irrigation, etc) were organized under one project manager, ensuring a timely and orderly transition from job to job. This was a great benefit as questions could be directed to and handled by one person who was overseeing the entire project and not multiple people who were just looking after a small portion of the work. They were also extremely flexible in terms of making desired changes as the project progressed and their work has received many compliments from the neighbours. The quality of the work was top notch and I have had no major issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend the Pro-Land team based on the excellent work that they have done for me.
