I contacted Home Pro, and the first day my schedule allowed a representative came to review my job request. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and was punctual. He was pleasant, and offered additional options to my reno. He presented different ways to do the job I wanted and let me decided the what worked best for me. The electricians were polite, and professional. They confirmed with me what I wanted. They explained how they would do the instal. The power had to be shut off a couple of times while the transfer panel was installed, so they gave me ample warning to ensure any electronics were turned off. They were neat and clean, and cleaned up after themselves. Once the job was done the electricians showed me what was done. The Home Pro representative called to follow up on the job to ensure I was happy both with the instal as well as the electricians. I would use them again.
