Highly recommend this company and happy to showcase the work they did for us. Denis and Joe are rare gems in the wild west that is Toronto’s renovation/construction industry. Highly recommend these terrific, hard working, respectful guys. We chose them based on Homestar reviews and the overall positive impression we got from meeting and communicating with their co-owner, Frank, while we were researching companies. Our review: 1) Excellent customer service: Frank and Vince are "old-school" in terms of service. I mean that in the best way possible. They are courteous, respectful, responsive and provided great communication with us before, during and after the process. They answered all our questions and keep us informed. And they were very tidy, cleaning up after each day on the job. I haven't encountered too many trades today that do that. 2) Excellent work - Frank and Vince know what they are doing, are thoughtful and don't rush their work, and completed our project as per our requested timeline. A challenging situation arose during the course of the work, they consulted with us on possible options, and took the time to determine the best solution. 3) Exceeded our expectations.
