This was the first time I worked with stone counter tops so I didn't really know what I needed to look at when it comes to the final product. Make sure the sides are connected/glued properly. Make sure the stones do not have cracks in them. Forget that Frank the owner of APR Marble and Granite has no customer service skills and takes FOREVER to complete the job. He also doesn't return calls or messages so you don't even know if your product is actually coming on the day it's supposed to. Which it didn't. When it did come - the mitering would have been nice if you didn't see the glue used to do it. So it was gross. My counter in the kitchen wasn't cut for my insert cook top which Frank measured for so my cook top looks like complete crap and I need to get it fixed and when I told Frank about it he kept ignoring my calls because he knew he had to replace the entire counter.

It was unbelievable. It works. It was for my parent and they had bedbugs for about a year. It was a nightmare. It was a last resort to use this company. It is very expensive but it works. It has been six months and there hasn’t be an I have absolutely no issue. There were a couple of things that were ruined but they replaced it with no issue. It was seamless.

My parents building became infested with bed bugs in November 2013. They did several treatments - with the traditional spraying methods and spent thousands of dollars doing this and nothing would get rid of them. Not only did this drive them absolutely crazy but because no one in the building had any type of reaction to them it was very hard for them to know they were still around unless I slept over and lucky for me I was the only that would have a reaction. We looked up the treatment and were extremely skeptical and it was very pricey BUT it was the best thing and best money they ever spent. There was no damage and most of all the bed bugs are GONE. A year of suffering and I just recently slept over - to test the house - and I was so happy when I woke up and didn't have a bite...don't waste your money doing sprays - just do the treatment and end it quickly and effectively.
