My furnace broke down during the holiday period. I was panicking and called PC Control for help. Even though I did not have any maintenance contract with them, and all their staff were off for that day, one of their staff still came to help me out because I needed my furnace in the cold weather. The furnace was fixed within an hour. I want to thank PC control for their professional service, and would like to recommend them to everybody.
