We had our kitchen rennovated. They came in and removed our old tile and installed new ones. Everyone we dealt with from John the owner , Wendy in the showroom and the installers Enzo and Frank were outstanding. We have dealt with Mississauga tile before ( Two bathrooms) and have always been pleased with their quality of work.
Went for advice and planning. We were ready to hire this company. Charged us close to 2000 dollars for their design, We found out that the quality of their cabinets were not as exceptional as they promised. The 2000 dollars were refundable only if we chose them to do the kitchen. We were stuck. They kept our money and we chose to deal with another company. This company designed our kitchen for nothing. We are very pleased. Don't deal with them.
I have a difficulty considering HOME STARS a qualifying source for consumers to go to, due to the following information I am providing in this response,which we have found to be the case in the past and therefore will not spend my time hereafter trying to defend our company against incompetent reviews like this.
I have a difficulty with this review, due to Garth not being our customer, but rather a contractor who works with our competition.The customer's name is Kahl,Mrs.Kahl who purchased drawings and signed an agreement which stated the $ 1800.00 which our company received was for drawings only produced for them after considerable input of time by one of our Kitchen Designers and the agreement states very clearly that this amount is non refundable.
HOME STARS when contacted stated that all they do is post what customers send to them and after they post what the person has sent, they have completed their obligation to the public. I welcome all potential customers to visit our showroom and view the conditional agreement endorsed by the Kahl customer.
