Dial One had great communication from the beginning. Joe always replied to emails regarding questions and quotes very promptly, even if it was in the late evening hours. Very personable over the phone. His staff arrived on the scheduled date/time and even called before they arrived to give me the heads up. Staff was very knowledgeable as they walked me through the process. Very sociable and easy to talk to. All in all, a very good service. Although there aren't 1/2 stars available, I'd rate 9.5/10 (reasons to follow)

What could this company do to improve their services?
Again, these are reasons why I'm giving Dial One near perfect, but not perfect. Not in any order of severity. 1.) I'm not an expert, but I was thinking that maximum suction (measured in PSI) could increase if there was a tighter seal on the floor registers and return-air vents. 2.) Some masking tape was left behind on vents/return-airs, but understandable as sometimes they're in weird places or they sometimes can be larger houses. 3.) Some might be extremely sensitive to the smell of smoke, as some staff had a faint smell, as if they smoked. It didn't bother me, but some people may not prefer that from a cleaning company 4.) There was some type of grease stains (maybe two 1cm marks) that simply wiped off near a wall just outside the furnace. Maybe off some hoses, tool box, etc...
