I needed firm cushions for our family room furniture - two seater, chesterfield, chair (6 cushions). Spoke with Dale (owner) who provided insight and quality foam replacements. Later, I purchased two queen mattresses (box set included) and one twin. Extremely thrilled with the quality of the mattresses. Zero issues. In my mind, this is the only place to buy mattresses! Excellent quality without associated fees (i.e., delivery charge, removal of old mattresses). Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
Selected 92" vanity for upstairs bathroom from Asif at Appleby Home Hardware. Asif effectively assisted us with the design and selection. Drawers and cupboards are all slow-close. We went from a one-sink vanity to a two-sink vanity as there is sufficient room. Vanity was delivered and installed on schedule. We are pleased with the style, colour and appearance. Our vanity top will be delivered soon. At this point, no downside, no disappointment.
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Thank you, Marco, for clearly explaining the difference between the quality shutters that ‘A Divine Design’ offers and those offered by its competitors. After talking with you and comparing what you had to offer with quotes for products by other competitors, we knew that the product you were offering was superior. Surprisingly, your quote for 15 sets of shutters was either cheaper than that quoted for inferior products (vinyl or poorer quality wood) offered by other companies, or only slightly more expensive. It is clear that you not only know the products offered by your competitors as well as your own. Thank you, Tony, for coming at the scheduled time to install our new shutters. You were organized, careful, polite and precise. You worked efficiently and unobtrusively. Without making a mess and ensuring that you took care within our home, you installed our wonderful shutters so that they open and close perfectly. We called two days after installation to express our concern about some minor imperfections that we saw on the slats of one shutter. On the same day, late in the evening (on a Friday!), with our agreement, you (Tony) arrived to fix quickly our concern. Within minutes, our problem was erased. We wanted quality shutters to add function and value to our Oakville home. Thanks to you both, we are delighted to announce that we have accomplished that thanks to your product and efforts.
