I am sharing my story with the intent to protect general public from the unethical, un-professional, irresponsible, unfair behaviour that I experienced from Sear’s customer service. Sears Home Services will find a way to refuse service. This time, they tried first to hide behind the agreement. When that did not work, they refused the replacement of the blower motor, although covered under the agreement, on the pretext that the Sears Technician thought that the furnace was not maintained properly. Please everyone take training on how to maintain your furnace, And, next time when you buy your house in resale, make sure that the Furnace was maintained properly. Something to ponder about. If we get the training on maintaining, why do we need Sears Home Services plan?
