New home - detailed inspection

We had water backed up from the main drain, panicked it might be a huge and costly issue with the newly rebuilt house. Amadeus came right on time as promised - quickly assessed the issue, brought down a camera down our main drain and educated us on each step. Great knowledgable professional, and after confirming the drain was now clear, gave us great tips on what to watch out for etc. Our best experience ever with a service technician.
