After several years of spending way too much money to fix our old system we decided to purchase a new one. I did some research on all water companies in the area including checking them all out with the BBB and decided to contact Culligan for a quote. They were very prompt and professional. The rep that visited was on time and very pleasant. He did not try to up-sell me as a matter of fact he told me after testing my water that I didn't really need the softener as it wasn't that hard. I opted to purchase one anyway. Installation went well and the system is working great. Best tasting water I have had for many many years.
