Don did a home inspection for the condo I just purchased. Don was on time and ready to begin as soon as he walked in. His inspection was detailed and thorough. He provided lots of tips on everyday maintenance of the condo as well as things I should have fixed before I move in. Home buying can be overwhelming and expensive. I have read online and been told that condos don't need an inspection like a home. But Don identified many things I can do to prevent nasty surprises down the road which I would not have thought of. I would recommend Don for home inspection.
