Me and my wife came home last Thursday to burst pipe in our bedroom. The problem was fixed but the carpet was disgusting after the flood. We made appointment on Saturday which was nice, technician cleaned our bedroom carpet and that took away that damp smell.Thank you, now we can go back to sleeping in our bedroom.

We came home to burst heating pipe in our bedroom. Water was all other the place, our furniture and carpet were soaking wet. We called Drain Doctor, they came to our place in an hours and fixed the leak. Do not know what else to add, technician was friendly and seemed knowledgable.
