We had a water leak between the ground floor and second floor that involved an elbow in the copper piping requiring a foot square hole in our living room wall, our living room ceiling and the upstairs bedroom. What a mess! We had a couple of contractors come in for an estimate but the very friendly and effervescent Ricardo was the only one who could do the repair including taking care of the damage to the popcorn ceiling. Within days he had a contract to us, with a year guarantee, and was working on the repair. He did an amazing job!! He gave us a detailed description of the work he was going to do, was very respectful of our house and totally tidied up after himself. When he was finished, you could not tell there every was any damage to our walls or ceiling. We highly recommend Ricardo A Plastering for any plastering and drywall work.

We wanted a specific colour and style of vanity so needed to get one custom made. Vision Vanities had get selection and we were able to get ours in under one week. That's where our satisfaction stopped. For a specific reason we had requested on type of handle for the drawers and a different style for the cupboard. When we got the vanity home, it came with the same fitting on each. All attempts I made to get the problem rectified including speaking directly to our sales person Katy were politely ignored with no follow up to my phone calls. They still haven't been fixed. I give VV a good score for product but a failing score for customer service.

When Bill visited us to talk about Brock, we felt very comfortable with him and were pleased with the time he took to answer our questions, especially since we were considering cutting out a wall to make one window bigger. The installation took two days as we were told and the two workers were great guys, very respectful of our house and cleaned up afterwards. We are now looking forward to windows that are easy to keep clean and that will never have to be painted again!
