Attended the Mississauga store to purchase chlorine. Upon presenting their coupon for 40% discount for up to a maximum of two containers ($6.00 discount), I was told that the store does not accept coupons that are printed from their online catalogue on their website, and that the coupon must be clipped from their hardcopy catalogue not from their website catalogue. I spoke with the manager Mike who stated this policy is being strictly enforced by corporate head office, is a change from past practices, and I should take it up with their head office. I have been a customer for at least fifteen years and have used these coupons since inception by printing them from their online catalogue for the over 100 litres of chlorine I purchase annually. It is ludicrous in this paperless day and age to expect customers to now order a hardcopy catalogue to be shipped through the mail in order to use any coupons that are contained therein. Nowhere on their website does it state to do this. This ridiculous change in policy amounts to misleading advertising and very poor customer relations. The corporate office did not have the courtesy to return my phone call or email. Going forward, I will take my future business to their competitor across the street.

Dawson Fence Repair added about 45’ of 16” lattice to an existing wooden fence for additional privacy along a pool area. Owner Lee provided an onsite estimate and then led his three-person team doing the installation. The high quality, precision workmanship was excellent and met all our expectations. The online scheduling of the quote, the work, and the billing all worked very efficiently. And, Dawson Fence had the best price of four quotes. I highly recommend them for any fencing needs.

Markstone Landscaping was selected from several proposals to install interlocking stone in our 540 SF rear patio and access walkways, including building/installing two patio doorsteps. In addition, they lifted and reset existing interlocking bricks in a 300 SF front walkway, including resetting/rebuilding the front entrance step and adding a new outer brick perimeter to the walkway. Aluminium edging was installed to both the walkway and rear patio for added support. A thicker premier stone for the rear patio was selected. The whole process from planning, estimate, scheduling, excavation, delivery of materials and installation went flawlessly from beginning to end and the finished product is exceptional. Daniel, the sales associate/planner, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and available to answer all questions and adjust the final plan as needed. The ground excavation and removal of old concrete patio slabs was done with precision. Damian and his installation team worked carefully and meticulously. Minor follow-up adjustments were made without hesitation. We are very pleased with the final outcome and highly recommend Markstone Landscaping.

Peter came to the house and worked out a plan with us to trim back and prune several trees and shrubs along our back and side yards and gave a very reasonable estimate. He provided sound advice and suggestions in meeting our needs, and at the same time staying consistent with local tree by-laws, and explained trimming limitations in order to allow the trees and shrubs to continue to thrive. In less than a week, Henry and his team of six people, trucks, and equipment arrived and did a fabulous job in about two hours. Henry followed the plan and consulted with us throughout the process to ensure the team was meeting our needs resulting in a great job, which met our expectations exactly as planned. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient and did an excellent clean-up afterwards. I have used the services of Rooted for the past several years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!

Painted living room, dining room, kitchen walls and ceiling, upper and lower main hallways and all trim, baseboards and doors with two coats. Behzad and his partner Hammid completed the work over two days. Their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, congenial, and neat in their work and in cleaning up when the job was done. Sohail provided the initial quote, and answered clarifying questions in a timely and courteous manner. I will not hesitate to call on their services again.
