P&P did a major reno of my entire home just over a year ago. I asked them to return recently to do a backsplash in my kitchen. As with everything they do: beautiful work with an eye to detail, dedicated to getting things as you want them, on time, polite, clean, and go the extra mile. It also bears mentioning that P&P has been there for me when I've had questions or small issues related to my major reno. They are responsive, happy to answer questions and eager to resolve those inevitable small issues that arise. I continue to be impressed and definitely HIGHLY recommend them.

Viper dug-out our basement as part of a gut to the joists reno. They did a quick and good job. This was about a year ago now and we are very satisfied.

My husband and I wandered into BadBoys only intending to price check to buy elsewhere. But we were given great service by Oliver and we decided to buy on the spot (a mattress and a tv). Thanks Oliver! We are happy with both purchases. Delivery was easy. And the phone call to confirm that we were happy with our purchases was appreciated.

I have had problems with 3 of my new Kitchenaid appliances (dishwasher, fridge and range) and Kitchenaid sent Toronto Appliance Service to diagnose and fix the problems. I have had 5 interactions with Toronto Appliance Service and dealt with 3 of their repairmen, all very polite and helpful, and knowledgeable. With one exception, they arrived on time. I recommend this company.

We hired P&P after our first contractor gutted our home down to the joists and then ran off with our deposit. P&P has renewed our faith in the industry. From the beginning to end of our project, owner Nataneal was dedicated to ensuring quality work was delivered on budget and on time. His pride in his work is unmistakable and we always looked forward to his enthusiastic walk-throughs showing us his progress. P&P provides a very detailed quotation that clearly sets out the scope of work so you know what to expect. This was especially important to us because ours was an extensive and long project. When amendments were needed (and we confess that we asked for many!), Natanael was always patient and quickly adjusted the quotation. After the fiasco with our first contractor, it was reassuring to have quick access to Natanael and his crew who always took time to fully answer our questions (even what were likely stupid questions) and who took our concerns seriously and addressed them. The P&P crew are hard workers, they are reliable, they are punctual, they stay until needed, they are clean and tidy, they are polite and a delight to have around. Rafael and Javier were the core members of the crew working in our house and we have ONLY wonderful things to say about them. No renovation goes entirely smoothly - the test is in how the bumps are dealt with. P&P was there from beginning to end to make sure that the work was completed, that the work was done right and to bring the project in on budget and on time (if not early). These are the reasons why P&P deserves our 10/10 rating. We have already heartily recommended P&P to friends, family and passers-by admiring our house, and we are pleased to recommend them here. We love our ‘new’ house. Big thanks and much appreciation to Natanael, Rafael, Javier and the rest of the crew.

Alla and Oleg did a fantastic clean after a VERY messy renovation. They are lovely and helpful and tireless!! They had great tips for cleaning and keeping things dust-free. I definitely recommend Clean and Shiny.
