When he was hired we told him to do it at his convenience and not feel rushed. We wanted a really professional job as it would be the last time we were going to paint. We used a top quality Benjamin Moore paint, we did not want to cut corners with paint or with the work. We said we would except his fee, no questions asked other than it was good work. He painted the 2 bedrooms, one of the rooms had already been sanded and one wall was completely painted. The second bedroom all the holes had been filled in and I had started sanding, but had not finish. When Artur started working he ordered me out of the rooms and told me he would complete the sanding. I pointed out clearly the places that still needed sanding and offered to finish. He insisted that I get out. I let him have the space did not question him as I trusted that he would do a professional job. He was very hurried on his 2nd and last day. He worked on his own for 8 hours and charged me 250.00. I paid him in cash as the paint was on the walls seemed to look o.k at a glance. I did not inspect the work as I trusted him. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! After he left I noticed on one wall with direct sunlight on it that there were spots that he had missed, also compound was not sanded. I fixed this after he left. A day later as I started to have a better look I could not believe it!!! He had not sanded at all, the compound with the marks of the taping knife are visible. He didn't even attempt to sand, just painted over. These are evident all over the second bedroom as I made sure the master bed was well sanded myself. I called him to tell him, but I did not hear from him. I called him a second time and I was on speaker phone. He and others just laughed and he hung up on me. When I called back the phone was busy. I paid him 250.00 for 8 hours and thanked him for his work. I did wonder why he was in such a hurry to leave. Now I know why. PLEASE if you read this review as well as others, save your money. I took the word of two scam artist. I needed the painting completed as the original painter became ill. I trusted these people. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
