A couple of weeks ago, our furnace seemed to be having issues heating our house. As we have had Dwayne come in on short notice in the past (during the ice storm) and were extremely pleased with his service, it made sense to call him again for this new problem. Even though he was on holiday, he made sure to reply very quickly to my call and told me that Jeremy would be coming in to have a look at the furnace. Jeremy was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and he was able to supply us with a new circuit board for our furnace in a timely manner. He was very courteous and respectful while in our home. Once again... thank you Dwayne and Jeremy. I will definitely recommend you to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs.

During the ice storm we lost power for 40 hours. When the hydro was restored, we noticed that our furnace was not working properly. Being the 23rd of December, we thought we would be out of luck finding someone to help us out. A friend of ours recommended calling Dwayne and I'm glad we did. His schedule was completely booked for that day but he did take the time to walk us through a temporary fix until he could come by. We mentioned that we would be leaving for holidays on the 25th and that we were worried that the 'temporary fix' wouldn't hold until we returned. Dwayne made time for us the very next day. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. We thought having someone come in on such short notice and on christmas eve day, was going to cost us an arm and a leg, but the price to fix our furnace was fair and reasonable. The peace of mind we had during our holiday is priceless. I would definitely call Dwayne again and I will also be recommending him to anyone who asks.
