Extremely costly and not honestly. come to only estimate the situation costs about $372.75 and then told me that there are few parts need to be repaired, so I said ok, go ahead pls to repair them. Final I was told by them said they don't have those parts of my boiler brand, they don't carry them. That means they are unable to fix it. I was so frustrated at that time, I'm just wondering if they don't carry them why didn't they tell me at the first, they should asked me what brand of my boiler I have on the phone when I was first calling them or when the technician first came. the technician should knows it if the receptionist does't know. they charged me almost $400, then told me they don't have that brand parts. I feel awful! they are not honest! I felt so unfair at the moment, I called their manager but he wasn't very friendly on the phone! oh! totally disappointed about their service!!! if you can't fix the brand of my boiler, just tell me at the first. that charge was totally unfair for the innocent customers like us. To respond: why I declined your offer? Please think about your attitude....think about the amount you offered.....do you think it is fair to a innocent costumer? I was calling your president to looking for justice! but disappointedly, she didn't care about her costumer! She only care about money! Don't treat your costumers like a beggar! We need fairness! Just like what I said, a good company should be a company can bear responsibility for the mistakes they made!!! Not like you did to retreat from your responsibility in this affair!!! Unfortunately, I'm so disappointed of your service!!!

Thank you for your feedback. However, as discussed on the telephone on Friday, we simply disagree. This is not being dishonest. Our technician’s first step is to run diagnostics and make the repairs during the first visit if possible. However, sometimes this means that old parts are not repairable. If we have parts in stock, no orders have to be placed. In this situation we unfortunately did not carry the parts required. This is very much like taking your car to the mechanic for repairs. When a mechanic shop does not have the parts available, an order has to be placed.

In your situation, the diagnostics was lengthy as your boiler required assessment of several parts that were not able to be to be repaired on-site. We suggested it would be worth it to replace your existing boiler with a new one.

We pride ourselves on providing safe quality solutions and ensuring high standards of workmanship for our customers. Arpi’s Service Manager and President followed up with you on March 14th by phone to help explain the details of our invoice. We understand you were unhappy and to show good faith in our commitment to you, we offered a credit. However, you declined this.

Given the technician's troubleshooting time, we feel the invoice amount was fair as we always aim to be very competitive. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed and we respect your position.
