In one of the coldest February in years, our furnace stopped working. In a panic, I called Carleton Refrigeration for help. They were very knowledgeable, approachable and came promptly to assess the situation. As it turned out, we needed a new system. I received options on different levels of furnaces, and was given valuable advice. Not only did they replace the furnace quickly, they were on time, efficient and I was equally impressed by the administration process. It was completed quickly and thoroughly.
