Have called many times for my patio door to fix the wheels on the tracts because I keep 'getting fillings from the friction. This leaves a mess in the tracts, they told me that the manufacturer went out of business but I was told they have a lifetime warranty . It is not my problem that the manufacturer went out of business I did not buy it from the manufacturer l bought it from Cayman Windows. And to top it off I had to put my own trim back up because the installer did not want to make another trip back the next day to finish it.
