Around two weeks ago i discovered that all the water i drain was coming out of the floor drain in the basement. Called AAADrain because they're located in my area (Etobicoke). The technician came the same day, in 4 hours after my call. He ran the camera trough the sanitary pipe and located the problem in building trap. i was told that they have to excavate outside to remove the sanitary trap, but the good news was that for just a little extra they will install an exterior backwater valve for me and help me with a rebate program. That "extra" was such a small amount that i did 't even think twice and agreed to work right away. Slavko and his crew came next day and started an excavation. They were very clean, accurate and respectful to my property. The work was done safe and sound. They called the inspection, and passed it day after next. Seems like the drainpipe works well now, and i already applied for the rebate. Thank you Slavko and AAADrain for all your hardwork and concern.

While choosing the company for my basement project I’ve called 4 different companies. Finally I decided to go with Strong Basements because I liked their approach and their price was reasonable. The work process was clean and on the schedule. All foundation underpinning inspections were passed except for the drain inspection. The inspector wanted us to install a backwater valve on the main drain. Denis, the manager at Strong Basements, took care of all the details himself and told us not to worry. He obtained the necessary permit and the backwater valve was installed the next day. Denis was on site almost every day supervising the crew, keeping us updated, answering our questions and listening to our preferences. The rest of the crew was also amazing and very professional. They had really done a good job with respect to concrete work, waterproofing and drain systems installation in our home.
