We were told by Premiere that our RVP 'insurance' had been waived,a change which we did not authorize or approve. We later discovered that their offices had erred. Fortunately, we had a strong paper trail and Premiere eventually reimbursed us in part for our losses following a lengthy and stressful process. Overall, a very stressful experience from the get go.
