I recently had a home inspection done by Rick Clayton of Real Home Inspections Ontario. I was really impressed by his thoroughness as he completed the walk through. He used an infra red camera and moisture meter during the inspection, which was very reassuring as to see as a first time home buyer. When Rick came across an item he was including in the report he discussed the issue as well as offering helpful solutions on how they should be corrected. I would highly recommend Rick to anyone looking for a home inspection!
