Nathaniel from Hoerner did a fantastic job re-piping our radiant heating system. It had been installed incorrectly and our entire basement was like a sauna. Piping has been corrected and a sensor outside will save us on our gas bill and make it more efficient. And well be able to use the basement in the summer without dripping in sweat! UPDATE: we had an issue Nov 1 2023 when we tried to put the furnace on and the boiler stopped working- no heat or hot water! Nicholas was dispatched same day by the lovely Kim at Hoerner and fixed it right away. The best service!

Overall we are extremely pleased with the end result of our renovations. We feel we got good value for our spend, and appreciated and benefited from Joseph's design expertise throughout the process. Our timeline was aggressive, and as often happens the scope expanded during the project yet we were still back in our home just in time for Christmas as promised. As Urban is a younger company, still establishing itself, some of the process was not smooth or easy. Joseph did willingly rectify issues courteously, but as the homeowner you will need to be very hand's on to ensure all the work happens to your level of satisfaction as Joseph is stretched quite thin, building the business and project managing. This worked for us as I was able to manage my time to be available, and enjoyed the learning. Joseph passed on his full discount with each supplier, allowing us to maximize our budget, and even arranged discounts with vendors he didn't already have accounts with at our request. We are very happy with the way our vision for our home was brought to light by Urban Studio.

Eurostar were amazing. We had 5 quotes and they were definitely not the lowest but were the only company that recommended brick to brick replacement while managing to keep our interior trim intact. Every other company suggested retrofit because brick to brick would mean replacing all our wide trim. We are so glad we went with Eurostar- when the old windows came out there was little to no insulation - had we done retrofit we would have still had drafts! Norm educated us on Windows and doors patiently and worked with us on a quote that offered significant value. Melik and his team installed our windows with amazing workmanship and attention to detail. We also replaced all the doors and the overall visual impact is stunning. We are thrilled and would recommend Eurostar wholeheartedly.

Bruce and Jeff came to quote the same day i called about replacing some painted old cedar shingle with Longboard siding. The job was challenging as much of the shingle was on the third floor and required scaffolding to get up there. Bruce gave us quotes on Longboard and Wood siding, we chose the Longboard. We had some rain delays during installation but Bruce always called or texted if the weather prevented work. Bruce, Jeff and Troy were great to work with and we trust them completely. The end result looks fantastic - we love it and have moved forward with two additional projects - overhauling our front porch and refacing our back deck with Trex composite because we were so pleased! The porch look gorgeous and the deck is happening in the next week - can't wait! I would definitely recommend Complete Exteriors.

We were just getting out house ready to list and needed the stair carpets cleaned fast. Jay came the next day and did a fantastic job at a great rate - and cleaned an area rug for us at no extra charge! great service and results - will use them in our new house!
