BBB did a great job. They came the same day I called them. After they come and do the work, at a small fee which I recommend,, they can bring the dogs If the dogs find anything, they do another treatment, and then the dogs come back again until your house is 'clean'. That gives you piece of mind. BBB use the 'heat treatment' (no chemicals) so in theory, when done, you don‘t need to throw anything out. But you will have to move out for a few days while the service is being done.The service is not cheap, but it's worth it. The only thing people should note is there may be some damage to your walls and fixtures due to the heat but it is a small rice to pay.It's all out war to rid your house of these pesky critters. We have had no problems since. But I would not hesitate to call them again if needed. Also note...any problem with 'insects' is NOT covered by house insurance. My house is a large four storey Victorian and, because it was a bad infestation, we paid about $ 5000. When they first came, BBB told us the cost would be somewhere from $ 2000-$ 10,000.
