AVOID THIS COMPANY! Chris came to my home and just created havoc. The ‘QuickFix’ of my stove’s problem took 20 minutes, cost me $225, and lasted 2 hours. And, to top it all, he asked to use my bathroom and left me with a clogged toilet! Their Customer Service is a mockery! It’s insulting the way they do not let you talk to anyone other than the front-desk girl. So, naturally, no refund... Another terrible point: they delete bad reviews in their web-site!
We have since rectified this situation with our customer service team and the customer. An amicable resolution was reached.
My roof needed replacement. A friend suggested I got in touch with Fixer on the Roof, and I did - to my great joy! They're fast, absolutely reliable and so competent! I just wish I could have that kind of Fixer for all my home needs... :)
