Both my ensuite and kitchen faucets started leaking. Looked for a plumber on Homestars and decided to call Jason based on his reviews. He did not disappoint. Inspected both faucets and suggested specific brands that I should research online. I picked out and bought some new faucets and then called to make an installation appointment. During the installation (and through no fault of his own), he discovered that a part was missing on my newly purchased kitchen faucet making it impossible for him to install. I was able to exchange the faucet on the same day. Jason made a point of coming over at the end of the next day, on a Saturday no less, to install the replacement. I found Jason to be professional, personable and very polite. His assistant, Chelsea, was also very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
