Excellent job and terrific service...a 10 out of 10! Freyr cheerfully responded the same day I had called and was available soon after. His quote was very reasonable. My job needed an entire day and consisted of tall treetop cutting, a dying tree to be cut down and extensive pruning on many different trees front yard and back yard. It was hard work and the job was done with great skill and perfection. Freyr, who is the nicest guy, was very happy to please and asked me many times if things were being done the way I wanted them. They cleaned up extensively...even better than my gardeners! I have used another company in the past, but their job does not compare to Castor Tree Care. Wish I knew of them sooner! I would never use anyone else again!

I have used the services of Ella and her wonderful staff at the Last Detail Home Staging several times this past year for my clients homes. The transformation of each of the properties was unbelievable! Most recently, I had Ella stage an 18 year old townhouse with unattractive and dated furniture and parquet flooring on the main level. The unit was in a high demand area and it had wonderful features and many upgrades. I knew that if we removed most of the furniture, did some quick improvements and staged it, that we could sell for top dollar. Ella met with us and suggested that we replace the parquet with dark hardwood and recommended an excellent floor company that was available to start the work within 2 days. She also suggested that he paint some of the rooms a more neutral color and offered some suggestions to upgrade the bathrooms and also how to bring more light into the place for the showings. She let us know what the home would need in terms of furniture and accessories so that it would show to perfection! My client was willing to do the work after hearing from Ella most of what I had been suggesting in the past and now also had assurance from 2 different parties that a relatively small investment could bring him a large return. Within one week the old furniture was removed, the work was completed, the place was cleaned and Ella and her staff brought in and arranged their beautiful furniture, accessories, art, mirrors and more to make this townhouse look like a new model home! Within a few hours magic was created! I listed the property the next day and the offers started flooding in. I sold the house for 109% of the asking price in a couple of days and the asking price was at market value. I did not under price and hold offers for a week. I am thrilled beyond words for my client and am so delighted with the suggestions and the final product that the Last Detail helped to produce to make this property sell for much more than it would have had we not hired them.
