We purchased a spec home from Reid Built 2 years ago. We only dealt with them for 2 weeks before possession, and they were good. After possession, you would think we had the plague. it took them 1 year to repair my sidewalk, and showed up without telling me. When I returned home, the stairs to my house were removed, and I had a new sidewalk. it took 3 weeks to have them come back and reattach my stairs. The concrete workers also tore up my brand new landscaping which I was responsible to repair. During my 6 month walkthrough, I showed them that the painters painted the back doors while they were closed, and when opened, there was a one inch line around the door with no paint. They told me "too bad, I should have noticed that when we did our original walk through, and I would have to fix it myself"
