This is the third time we've had Old West come to replace windows for us. We're doing them in stages. Their service level, promises, and workmanship are consistently impressive! Rick always gives great advice as he offers us his quotes, and I appreciate the time he takes to detail his quotes before he delivers them to us later. There is no high pressure sales pitch with the offer and hassle to cancel later like other companies do these days. We have a garden door with a handle that's just a little loose, making it difficult for small children to use it. Mike came, and when he determined he couldn't fix it, ordered us a new one. We have 7 windows left, and plan to have Old West do them all!

We had three bedroom windows replaced in March of 2014. 1 of them is very large, and another is a bay window. They arrived at 9:00 exactly, and were finished shortly after 3. It was about -10 when they started, and not a lot warmer by the time they finished. The crew was very good about keeping the door closed as much as they could, as I was home with my preschooler and baby. Kyle was very friendly and patient with my pre-schooler, and everyone who encountered me inside introduced themselves to me. One of the crew members was smoking outside on the scaffolding, but did a remarkable job of cleaning up after himself - not a butt to be found! :) The new windows look great, and feel even better in terms of keeping out the drafts! Everything from the quote, to the scheduling, to making the final payment by phone was seamless and easy. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like it was important to them that they do a good job for me.
