Walked into water depot Bolton and was greeted by a very warm and friendly Patty. She took her time and explained everything to us properly. A follow up appointment by Evan at our home was awesome. Evan tested our water, looked at our current set up, took measurements and explained everything thoroughly. He also explained how the the installation would happen and what to expect next. The price he quoted and the time was exact to what he said. After installation, a hose from the water filtration system had a very tiny leak. I called water depot and left a voicemail as they were closed. The next morning, Stan was at my home and promptly and tightened what needed to be tightened. Overall, amazing experience! From a water softener rookie my wife and I learned a lot and were very happy dealing with a very honest and professional company. Thanks Evan, Patty and the Water Depot Bolton crew!

We had 5 baby squirrels take shelter in our attic. Called Gates Wildlife removal and the very next day Justin attended our house. Justin was 30 minutes early, polite, courteous and very professional. An all around nice guy! Justin explained what he was doing step by step. He explained all the details of the quote in a meticulous manner. Justin safely removed the baby squirrels, placed them in a temporary box on our roof so that mamma squirrel would relocate them elsewhere. Justin also fixed the entry point and secured all possible future entry points with mesh. He told us that he would return the next day to make sure that the babies were in fact relocated. Justin was true to his word and the following day I came home to a note on my door advising me that the squirrels were in fact gone. I was extremely happy with this company in all respects, I did have my doubts at first but they left me at ease and with a clear mind. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Job well done! I only wish every company out there was this honest and professional! Thank you!
